1. How do I get started in the purchase of a house?

Answer: Contact a mortage company to be preapproved for a loan unless you are paying cash. As your representative, I can put you in contact with several qualified mortgage companys or lenders.

2. What is the price or range of the house that I can afford?

Answer: The lender will provide you with that information as well as the entire amount of funds necessary to close on your new home.

3. How long will the entire process take?

Answer: Once you've found your dream home. it takes approximately 30-45 days for loan approval and to actually close on the home. If you're paying cash the closing will occur inroughly two weeks or less.
