About Me

My name is Bob Smith, president and owner of Smith and Associates Realty. Smith and Associates Realty Brokerage Firm began in the year 2000 and has been very successful competing with major real estate companies in this very competitive industry. 

My education dates back to 1975 when I graduated from Jefferson Moore High School in Waco. Texas. I received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (BBA) with a minor in Administrative Management from North Texas State University (currently UNT) in 1980.

My experience in real estate began in 1986 when I was fortunate enough to join a major homebuilder selling exclusively brand new residential properties. To this day, I've helped hundreds of happy families achieve the American Dream – home ownership! Even though I've been licensed as a real estate agent (realtor) since 1986 while working for homebuilders.
I actually began using my license in 1995 when I joined a major real estate brokerage firm where license was a prerequisite for practicing real estate. Working as a realtor not only allowed me to sell brand new houses which I had done for nine years, it allowed me to sell pre-owned homes throughout the state of Texas. It was my decision to become a professional realtor that enabled me to expand geographically and help so many more people achieve the American Dream.
